Canvas weights are 12oz, 15oz and 18oz and our winter covers are lined
with polypropylene. Neck covers can be sewn on or buckled and all have
satin lining.

The equine-direct horse cover is a
versatile cover used for many purposes. Having taken two years to design
this cover we are confident with the final design, look and durability.

Our covers are made from 100% Regentex canvas. Unless specially requested
all our covers are made from 18oz Regentex canvas which comes in either
green or blue. Unlined or lined, with or without neck covers.

Whilst we cannot be liable for all breakages, we want to ensure that our
customers are satisfied. Should you experience any problems at all, please
let us know so that we can suggest an appropriate course of action. We
offer a full refund upon return of any items which are not completely
to the customer’s satisfaction.
Prompt Service/Shipping:
Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied.
We use a local shipping freight company, Dean Freight International Limited
and orders take approximately 3/5 working days to arrive anywhere in the
world. Therefore, we urge our customers to take full advantage of our
extremely competitive rates. Dispatch is confirmed via email along with
tracking details and confirmation of credit card charge if applicable.
Private Policy:
All customer information is kept strictly confidential by EQUINE-DIRECT
LIMITED. Under no circumstances will we divulge, share or sell customer
information.
Credit Card Payments:
We are only able to charge credit cards manually in New Zealand dollars.
This conversion is made at the daily rate of exchange. A copy of the invoice/receipt
will accompany the goods and a copy may be emailed, faxed or posted.
Import Tax Duties:
For shipments valued over NZ$500.00 you may be subject to import duties/taxes
which are levied upon importation to your country. Additional charges
by customs must be borne by you. EQUINE DIRECT LIMITED have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of these you should
contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms
for all international packages list the value of your order’s contents.
Liability:
Due to the nature of the horse some reasonably foreseeable damage may
exceed the limitations of our covers. EQUINE DIRECT LIMITED accepts no
responsibility whatsoever for any injuries sustained or damages caused
to property by the use of our predicts whether they be damaged or otherwise.
